HVAC Sales Manager – Chicago, IL

Full-Time | $100,000 – $120,000 Salary + Commission + Bonus
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Summary

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving revenue, coaching the sales team, and collaborating with company leadership to align goals and deliver consistent growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong selling skills, coaching experience, and the ability to foster a winning culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the General Manager to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Coach, train, and mentor the sales team for peak performance.

  • Conduct weekly sales meetings and one-on-one coaching based on performance metrics.

  • Oversee sales processes, including appointment debriefs, invoicing, and financing follow-ups.

  • Recruit, train, and develop new sales team members.

  • Align and collaborate with inside sales, sales coordinators, and technicians.

  • Analyze sales incentive programs and develop strategies to increase profitability.

  • Evaluate competitive trends, market share, and customer feedback for strategic input.

  • Support ongoing sales and product training for field technicians.

  • Monitor key sales metrics and adjust processes for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales management experience in a service industry.

  • Proven ability to lead teams and meet or exceed business goals.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

  • Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Experience with ServiceTitan preferred.

  • HVAC or related industry background is a plus.
