Position Summary
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving revenue, coaching the sales team, and collaborating with company leadership to align goals and deliver consistent growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong selling skills, coaching experience, and the ability to foster a winning culture.
Key Responsibilities
Work directly with the General Manager to meet and exceed sales targets.
Coach, train, and mentor the sales team for peak performance.
Conduct weekly sales meetings and one-on-one coaching based on performance metrics.
Oversee sales processes, including appointment debriefs, invoicing, and financing follow-ups.
Recruit, train, and develop new sales team members.
Align and collaborate with inside sales, sales coordinators, and technicians.
Analyze sales incentive programs and develop strategies to increase profitability.
Evaluate competitive trends, market share, and customer feedback for strategic input.
Support ongoing sales and product training for field technicians.
Monitor key sales metrics and adjust processes for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
3+ years of sales management experience in a service industry.
Proven ability to lead teams and meet or exceed business goals.
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with ServiceTitan preferred.
HVAC or related industry background is a plus.
