Position Summary
We are seeking experienced and entry-level HVAC Service and Installation Technicians to join our team. Ideal candidates are skilled, motivated professionals who take pride in their work and want to grow in a stable, supportive environment. Journeymen applicants are eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus.
Key Responsibilities
Service Technician Duties:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
Install or service components including compressors, motors, fans, condensers, thermostats, and controls.
Complete documentation, service records, and system performance logs.
Installation Technician Duties:
Install heating and cooling systems in new construction and retrofit projects.
Fabricate and install ductwork and ventilation systems.
Maintain safe work practices in compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
HVAC license in the State of Iowa preferred (or enrolled in a certified HVAC training program).
Valid driver’s license required.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and continuing education (CEUs).
