Position Summary
As a Plumbing Maintenance Technician, you’ll perform diagnostic and maintenance services for residential plumbing systems. This role is ideal for skilled tradespeople who want consistent work, excellent benefits, and a clear career path with a respected, stable company.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, service, and maintain residential plumbing systems
Travel to customer homes and provide expert plumbing assessments
Communicate service recommendations clearly and professionally
Maintain a stocked inventory and company vehicle
Document all work performed using company procedures and digital tools
Adhere to safety protocols and company standards
Maintain a professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service
Qualifications
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in residential plumbing service and repair
Must pass background check, drug screening, and MVR check
Strong communication and customer service skills
Physically fit and capable of handling trade-specific tasks
Honest, dependable, and self-motivated
Valid driver’s license required
